It's been a week I think I submitted the application! It was working till evening. ADSL light was blinking. PPPoE showed down. So I switched to Airtel.
1) After logging in to selfcare portal, in the 'My subscribed services' just expand the 'Landline' service and under it you'd notice the broadband feature would either be completely cleared off or else the operating status would show 'deactive'.
2) Go to the 'Service' tab> Check my order status> My orders> Click on the recent order> Then check the 'Milestones' at bottom and confirm. If the status shows 'COMPLETED' then you're done.
