I suspected the problem might be with my router and tried to update its firmware. However I have a Airtel model router (Indian brand) that uses a tr0-69 client and I can't update the firmware using GUI of the router homepage. I talked to my internet service provider and they didn't fix this problem. Can anyone help me whether it is updating the firmware to OpenWRT or DDWRT or some other method that I am unaware of to fix this issue?
