I am using Jio fiber from last year and I am having Jio router(model no-JCO4032) which is a old one. Is there any way by which I can upgrade to the new 2021 version Jio router(model No- JCOW407)?
But as far as the question goes- the only way that you can upgrade is when the old one starts giving you problems and you request for a ont swap from customer care itself
Another way could be to surrender your existing connection and get a new one
Why? What is the issue with new one? Actually I have heard that in new one startup is very fast very quickly green light becoming stable and internet coming. In my router after switching ON it is taking minimum 5-6 minutes for green light to become stable and then internet coming. Also some people claiming new JCOW407 model has better WiFi range than old JCO4032 model. Is it true?

Dont get the new one, use JCO4032 or JCOW401. The new one has really bad build quality and has reliability issues. Im using JCOW401 and its been running for more than 30 days without any issues. The slow start is hardly an issue as I haven't switched the router in more than 30 days.
But I contacted to the customer care and simply asked to change the router. He asked me the reason, I told him a random reason and then the service request have been raised and he said the service engineer we change the router on 22nd of January, 2022(The next day) in between 10 Am to 11:30 Am
