How to use Cloudfare warp ? and how to extend my wifi coverage ?

I have got two questions-

How can I use Cloudfare warp on my router for best dns or what is the best way to use it without getting drop on speed ?

How can I extend my wifi connection, I do not get 2.4gz or 5gz connection to few rooms ? how is the best way to extend it ?

Please help me with that.
