How to use FTP on Sercomm AOT-4221SR?

There's an option to enable FTP on Sercomm AOT-4221SR. I enabled it and connected a usb drive. Clicking on the refresh button below, it shows the usb device connected. Connecting with the ftp, it doesn't show the files on usb drive, neither does it transfer files to usb drive.
Is there a way to use pendrive as ftp storage device on this ont device?

I think im a little too late to the party but i enabled FTP from application>USB storage>Enable FTP server and set username,password to admin, admin yes both username and password as same and went to ftp://192.168.1.1 and left everything as default, and entered username as admin and password as admin and it works flawlessly. on everything, make sure to set you usb format to exFAT to ensure read write compatibility across devices .

Brother, do you know the folder location? When I enable ftp, it shows SanDisk pendrive is connected but there is no port or location shown. And on ftp apps it only detects the internal storage of ONT and not USB storage.

@kshahawe happened the same here. I opted for static ip and got it setup in the router itself, then i was able to use ftp and the SanDisk pendrive showed up but the transfers were extremely slow.
So there's no point of using ftp on airtel's ont
