Yes. Once you activate the sim, it can be used on any phone. And I don't think you need to install 4 apps for it either.

I used my friends s6 to generate the code.I then tele verified the sim in my moto g4 plus .Everything works flawlessly .Getting speeds north of 20Mbps.

@SiVell And you did not download their 4 apps as many user saying that downloading these apps are mandatory. Did you download? If not yet then might be you need to download them when you brust your initial 2GB data. Please confirm weather it required or not.
