@anmolbhard004 did you put your connection on safe custody or actively using it ? Or did you raised any complaints recently ?

i had disabled tr-069 from Nokia ont from starting of my connection since 2019. No one called me.

Also truecaller reported this number that you posted in 1st post as a spam. Usually if you get any calls from airtel official team then truecaller do says airtel customer team or backend team etc.

@Rickysin Nah Never have I put my connection in safe custody and the last complain was 20 days ago and that was regarding static ip not working.
Ya I agree with you regarding the no being marked as spam on Truecaller, anyways I blocked the no.

@rajat_ and yeah I called the airtel ZI regarding putting the ont back they said to ignore this and if they call again then they will look into it, anyways they will not do it this month as they are upgrading something big in their fiber cable.

dont know this is intentional or not by airtel.
today have lost connection to pppoe sessions 6 times and all for 10-20 minutes in both accounts.
Static is up and running.
edit : Just switched to mobile data and currently it is 2G , lot of disturbance even not able to receive SMSs , too much call drops
Think this is the reason behind pppoe login time
