How to Whitelist Airtel Static IP from UceprotectL-2 and UceprotectL-3

Hello there,

I got Airtel Static IP for email server but my IP is listed in Uceprotectl-2 and Uceprotectl-3. I tried to many time contact to Airtel (Local area Team Leader) and DSL-NOC. They don't know how to whitelsit IP from UceprotectL-2 and UceprotectL-3. I don't know which NOC team will be whitelsite my Static IP. Please help me !
