ok .. thats best as it says dual standby ...

so to change the sim do you need to restart or while calling just need to select which sim you want to use ..
Both sim are already inside handset. So no need to change sim or restart.
While calling you may get options on screen to select sim, or you can also set default sim to use when you press GREEN key to make call. Incoming call on any sim can be received by pressing GREEN key (if mobile is in standby - not in call).

I hope this thread now doesn't turns into Nokia 101 experience thread :D

ha ha ha thanks for the info .. as i thought you need to send the default sim and then restart the mobile to get other active .. this way it can hold 2 sim but can use one at a time and other will show not reachable ... lol its better to stop asking about 101 now .. else will get kicked off :P

well i am hoping that they launch at least one model and sell it in unlocked version from day one. they messed up the Galaxy nexus launch by entering an exclusive deal with verizon.

Play store will play major role in future nexus phone.. They need to plan for world wide launch at one time

Update: AndroidCentral has received a little more detail on this issue — it sounds like this issue only affects the Tegra 3 version of the One X. Those who purchased the LTE version with a dual-core Qualcomm processor should be unaffected. HTC also gave some details on how to exchange your device. Affected users can call customer support and will be walked through some steps to verify the issue. At that point, HTC's customer service will work on the next steps to get your affected phone replaced.

We have to agree that HTC One X was a rushed phone. So much pressure from marketing dept as well as top execs to release the damn phone and the early adopters have to be beta testers. :(

good luck getting the device replaced here in india. :D i really wish the program works in india. i would love to get the unit i purchased replaced because of the chip on the display!
