I was referring to dealer workshops here even the open spaces (if they have that) are paved, for a simple reasonis to reduce dirt/dust their dealers showrooms are distinct here & even more posh.
Plus everyone has a uniform. If you are referring to storage of cars before sales, here they are parked outside municipal limits, even those are paved again to reduce dust/slush.
