How long since the last reboot of ur modem. occasional packet loss is completely acceptable if you are opening websites

A very important thing to remember is that the only thing that really matters is the final destination. If the final hop is showing 0% packet loss and acceptable latency, then all the hops before that can show all kinds of errors and as long as the final destination isn't affected, then this is an artifact of router configuration, and there is no problem.

the websites are very slow.after changing my plan to 799ul my browsing speed has slowed.I am getting way too many packet loss.there was none in my prevoius plan.

anti virus program is a MUST. and scan before you are sure that its airtel's fault.i too had the same pbm. set virus scan to full system scan.

contacted cc,made me change my dns address,right now i am pinging this website ,yet to get any loss.Maybe the problem was fixed.ps:i have now static dns address,what does it mean.will my ip add be static?the ping avg for this website is 105~. and sometimes it reaches 400ms Is this normal?.

LOL, ip and dns are to different things. No ur ip will remain dynamic.Why exactly are u pinging this website instead of pinging something like google or yahoo. So u can compare results??
