I have noticed that dynamic public IPv4 is better at IRCTC tatkal train bookings than CGNAT. How true is it?

About 16 months I'm on Airtel fiber broadband. For the first 11 months I was put on dynamic IP after receiving new connection and had a public IPv4. When I booked tatkal tickets from IRCTC site (for a busy route like Varanasi-Delhi etc. locations) during these 11 months, I used to have success about 99% of time. I had booked about 8 tatkal tickets out of 9 from home in these 11 months of different BUT busy locations where demand has been higher.

Now when Airtel put me on CGNAT, till now I have tried about 7 times (for those same locations I had booked earlier successful) from December 2025, the IRCTC web UI keeps buffering and I had 0 success as of now. This happened right after when they put me in CGNAT pool.

The last successful tatkal I booked was on November 2025. Right after they put me on CGNAT in first of December and from there 0 success.

It just keeps buffering till seats are filled, didn't face such thing earlier when I had public IPv4 for same train and same route.
