I have checked the rx power and tested the speed on ethernet but i am get 30 to 45 mbps download only on my 100mbps connection.

They told me they are using a new olt from Netlink.

Everything is fine on my end.

What could be the reasons?

My lco have no clue

He told me there are only 80 subscribers in that olt so it should not be under heavy load.

Rx power is not everything. Is the problem only with you or all other subscribers too? Is your Upload speed good?

Most Common Issues, but can't be pinpointed unless diagnosed - Misconfiguration, erroneous packet steering, your ISP might have multiple routes eg. IX, Peering, Transit and it might be considering all as common QoS. Your Rx might be right, but there might be noise in the communication. Sometimes overpowering can also disrupt the connection, wrong VLAN tagging, etc.

The datasheet provided for Netlink OLTs seems up to standards.

Upload speed is better.

My plan is 100mbps and I am getting 40mbps down and 70 mbps up.

@itachi ping to my router while connected to lan cable spikes to 15,60,120ms. I am also trying to find the cause of this. If you get the reason behind this, please mention me.
