I got banned!
So, this issue was resolved.
This was an issue on the end of BSNL and they said it is a 'coding' issue. I am not sure what they mean.
This was a struggle to get it resolved because these people at BSNL are enjoying their time in their office and were illiterate and always pushed the blame on the LCO and make me convinced its LCO's fault.
Then they tried to make me convince that it is okay to get lower speed as long as we can browse.
Then they tried to anydesk me for several days without doing anything about it. They tried to convince me to replace the router.
Then they pulled up the mac addresses of devices connected and told me its is because these many devices are connected, although those devices are doing nothing much than using background data.
I finally got tired of the bs and i told the person, I am not sure, but he was the boss of nib that the people who work there are stupid and to please assign someone who know something. He did that.
Finally this is resolved, after a lot of headache and time waste and going in circles and finger pointings.
I overheard them one day say that the sir has told them not to look for perfection in the speed. This is the mindset of that office, if I heard them correctly.
