I justed installed wifi card to my desktop now how to connect it to my wireless router WAG160N to be able to connect to internet.On my WAG160N :-1) Power light is green2) 4 Ethernet lights are off3) Wireless light is green4) Dsl is green5) Internet is off

CRUDE example.
Your WAG160N is like base station of cordless phone ( SAY Transreceiver)
The Wireless PCI card you have inserted is the Handset.( say --do-)
(probably Realtek)

step 1. Set up WIFI in WAG160N. set without security key initially.

Step2:
Start/all programs/ accessories/Communicatoions/ Wireless Network wizard.
Follow instructions.
Try without security key initially.

Step 3 : Start/ Network/ Wireless Network
any thing appears /
try Status.
else try properties
In the new page see your wifilan card is listed.
click configure and check " enabled or not "

If still problem give feedback.
Start/ RUN type cmd type ipconfig/all

Its asking for "SSID" and not allowing me to go further. Now what i should do?

ok Thanks got connected to internet. Download speed is pretty less.... its about 187 kbps instead of 256 kbps.
