I may hate Jio for the DPI thing, but giving subscribers validity compensation due to recent outage is genuinely nice.

Recently, a lot of users faced a 4 to 5 hour downtime in Jio, including me, my secondary SIM was a Jio Sim, which was not working at all for that brief period of time

Today I got an SMS from Jio saying that they are giving two extra days complimentary as a compensation for it.

I personally don’t know if any of other the telecom operator has ever done such things before in India
