I need help !

My dish tv has suddenly started me giving some error message.

Channel starts for 3 seconds and then this message flashes.

301 Contact customer Care 180********

I dont remember the number while i m typing this.

But when i dialled that number it wont connect.

So what do you think the problem could be?

Any suggestions please.
