I bought a Huawei Quidway WA1003A from BSNL when I was in bangalore and was using the BSNL dataone there. I use Compaq laptop with integrated Broadcom 802.11 b/g wireless lan.
Now am connected to MTNL in Mumbai using the same modem. However, only the wired LAN connection is working.
Am unable to connect wireless using the same laptop and same modem in MTNL...
I noticed that the same settings which were applicable for my wiredLAN connectivity in BLR with BSNL was applicable here also. But for wireless it doesnt seem to work...
It gets connected (?) but I dont see any receiving of packets at all.
Can someone pls give me settings for both modem and the laptop - to configure for wireless connectivity of the WA1003A with MTNL.
