----------THIS IS WHAT I HAD TO WRITE-------- Hi, This is the most disappointing service i have ever received from any company. I am very sure that Tata have taken their customers for granted. I have this experience for the second time now, first from Tata indicom and now from Tata Sky. I am not happy with the way the channels have been pulled out of our list and the way we have been handled. I believe you treat your customers like fool and do not bother about them. Tata should stop looting their customers for making a mistake of going by their name. Its a big mistake to go by the big name of TATA, that is what i have learnt now. I will never in my life buy anything from TATA. Sorry for buying TATA Sky and bothering you all. I request you all to refund the remaining amount and take back the dish from my place. Help me by doing this, I would be thankful to TATA for doing that. As it seems that Namo is placed at a very low cost at the cost of customers like us. Do a favour, i want to get out of this TATA family, i am tired of it. I have seen enough of Forums where there is enough written on TATA Sky. I believe Sky is good for UK and not for India. I am paying a costly price for two watchable Kannada channel. I know after reading this you will be telling that didn't you know before u bought it. I though it would improve, but did not know, it would go from bad to worse. I do not want to tell anything else, please refund the money and i will be happy. I promise that i will never have anymore relations with the brand name TATA. Thank you for all the support you all have give me and making me frustrated to this level.
