I want to buy a desktop computer in 45k

You can go with AMD Ryzen 5 3600 instead of a 3500.

What about 3600G instead of discreet graphics card? Or 3300x with graphics card?

I don't think there is a Ryzen 5 3600G. If you meant 3400G, I wouldn't advise since it is based on the older gen Zen+ architecture.

Ryzen 3 3300X is a good option if you can find it since it is just recently launched. Both Ryzen 5 3500 and Ryzen 3 3300X are based on Zen2 architecture which is the latest.

I am in no hurry to buy, I can easily wait for a month or so. Moreover 3300x looks impressive even when compared to 3500. Any suggestions on graphics card? I am running a simple 1080p monitor.

R3 3300X is definitely impressive. The GPU, you can get the same GPU Sushubh bought since you won't be gaming.

If you do plan on gaming and have a budget of around 12k for the GPU, you can get an RX 570 4GB GDDR5.
