I was wondering, how do people in this forum manage their phones battery health?

My 1-year-old iPhone 15 Pro has 90% battery health.
I don't manage by battery at all; hence I only charge when the battery is really low (which usually amounts to 1 time a day or 2 on heavy days).
Overall, if I at least get 4hrs of SOT, I am fine with it.

80% health for 3 years is challenging, as that would require optimal temperature at all times, including a fixed charging cycle.
This will also mean limiting your max battery to 80%.

My 4 year old iPhone 12 is on 80% battery health. Gives me around 3 hours of SOT on full charge. There's no point in replacing the battery of iPhones, they never last the same as they used to be. I just want to switch to android at this point, waiting for a decent flagship to be launched.
My dad's nothing phone 2a lasts for 2 days and 7-8 hours of SOT easily, which makes me wonder how better android phones have gotten in terms of battery life. New flagships from OnePlus and Iqoo give around 9-10 hours SOT with the latest Snapdragon 8 elite chip and the silicon anode battery. Waiting for something similar from Nothing.
