I wish to take Airtel to Court (Extortion calls, Threat Calls and so on) #airtelsucks

I may be wrong but this issue seems like somewht exaggerated or even totally madeup .. I just can't believe someone can call 100-150 times a day .. Even if they r recovery agents they never call so many times ..U know there r ppl who r paid by competitors for this kind of negative publicity .. I may be wrong.. but just my take on this whole issue..
 
well he has provided the numbers from which he got calls. airtel folks can verify the mmm charges and revert back?
 
Providing numbers don't make his story true.. isn't it? Those numbers may be of airtel recovery agents .. But it doesn't mean tht they call him so many times and to his relatives/frnds etc also for 100s of times a day ..I am not saying tht this guy is telling lie but there r chances tht it is totally false or exaggerated
 
but if even half of the claims are true they are sick enough. if they called his relatives. if they talked to a five year old kid. spoke rudely about taking a connection when he was not able to pay the bills... all of these are i believe against the regulations for recovery of funds. the agents have to be polite in ALL CASES.
 
Yup very sick (if true).. but recovery agents r known for this .. The only thing which makes me feel tht this is some kind of madeup issue, is tht claim to get 100s of call per day ...
 
hehe. let us see if he can show us some proof from his mobile phone :D incoming call log? :D
 
and plus if it was me who keep getting so many calls than I would have simply lodged the FIR or filed a case rather than posting on forum first .. ofcourse would have shared the experience with u guys later :D
 
haha. my only experience dealing with cops here in gurgaon to file an FIR was a rather disappointing one. they simply refused to take down my compliant. it is common knowledge. cops do not like to file FIRs coz it shows them in bad light :P
 
Yeah right but than there is no option .. he has to file one .. until and unless he fears he himself has done something wrong :D
