I have two cards too (the other one is Coral). The increased limit was only available on Amazon card.

So, probably only for Amazon Pay cards.

i have been using a manual set lower limit on my card. maybe that's why no change? or maybe my limit is already quite high.

The highest available limit is what's changing and I always use the maximum available limit.

So even if you've set a lower limit, if your card is eligible, the highest imit would have changed

Well, I have Rs. 12 in my ICICI savings account.

No MAB charges?

I used to have a B2 Bank Account with ICICI about a decade ago, which I obviously stopped using many years back.

ICICI decided to convert it into a saving accounts just last year without levying any MAB conditions, also sent me a debit card.

Meanwhile my current limit is 1.5 lakh and the maximum available limit says 0, and there's no slider either -.-

My ICICI CC(2019) is the only one which has below 1 L limit when compared with my other CC's.
Now it bumped from 30k to 1.1L
