Ideal size for Tablet Size - 7 inch or 10 inch ??

We have seen Samsung moving from 10 inch to 7 inch where as there are rumors that Apple is planning for 7 inch tablet. So what is ideal size for tablet ???

idea size of a tablet? it would depend upon the person using it. Apple might or might not launch a smaller display tablet. it creates a lot of problems. especially with apps. app developers currently know the two screen sizes they have to develop their apps for. with three different screen sizes, that complicates the problem. rumors even claim that the next iPhone might feature a larger sized display. that would further complicate the problem. android faces this issue because there are tons of devices running different screen sizes with different resolutions. it is not as easy as it sounds. you can break shit load of apps available on your platform with a simple screen size/resolution change.

My ideal size would be 10 inches! I would love to read magazines and other pdfs so a 10" or even 12" screen would be great!

i will prefer the bigger one like 10 inch as this will good for reading and watching the movie also ... about 7 inch tablet i don't think any one carry the same in back pocket so need to carry with case in that scence also 10 inch is better and also you can hold it better way in hand...about 7inch ipad .. they can do the same like iPhone nano/mini (rumors ) they can bring that one in future .. to target the middle range product .. may be something like 200 $ starting range .. to make it reachable for masses

I think its depend on how you want to use your tablet for? If you want to use your tablet as a smart phone then anything greater than 7 inches screen is a burden you carry everywhere. If you looking for a casual browsing and youtube experience on the move then a 10-12 inches is good. And if you thinking you can replace your laptop level process work with a tablet, I believe you throwing your money in dump, better stick to your laptop cos tablets can't replace necessity of laptops... Cheers!!!
