This bank deserves its spam thread hopefully will help someone searching about this bank.

Full DND is active on my number, also registered my number on bank website DNC list. But still they keep calling from personal numbers.

This bank employees are really unprofessional. I think I will have to finally close it.

Someone called me again yesterday and was trying bs trick 'sir aapka card aa gaya kya' idk from which sales guru he learned this. I never applied it was never dispatched. With so much scam going on this just makes you more suspicious.

Then he started begging me to get the card to complete his day target like literally nothing about benefits of card or something how it will benefit me. Even lying about the card benefits when I asked him. 'aap bhi kidhar kaam karte hoge, pressure hai' while I feel bad for them but why I would get a card I don't need. I would blame the bank for its toxic culture forcing employees to work like this.

Just completely unprofessional tone as he is talking to his friend, no greetings, no introductions. Probably the bank just hire them, provides a list to call without any training and fire them if they don't meet their target.

I know about the card benefits because this stupid bank is trying so hard from last 2 years to sell me the same stupid card with same low limit. They never tried to offer a better deal just same offer I don't want and then wonder why people don't want their card.
 
Yeah it happens, I got hired at Axis bank to do operations job. But mfs lied and give me sales on top of operations duty as an introvert I have no idea how to talk to people and I also don't unnecessarily lie to people for personal gains give me insane pressure and left the job. Private banks won't care about customers or employees they care only sales. Unable to meet sales target even if you're too good in operations but still get fired 😞
 
Yeah it's really bad ,employees are desperate for sales without any ability to provide better offers or feedback to the bank why customer do not want their product.

Bank management is completely responsible for this.

I don't understand how you will make a sale if you keep trying to sell the same thing which customer doesn't need and has refused so many times. All they do is annoy and frustrate customers.

Don't think other bank employees call with their personal number for sale. So far noticed this only with this bank.
 
I faced same issue with HDFC (IDFC sounds like HDFC :D)
I used to shout at callers asking them to give the source who gave them my numbers. They use to say Upar se milta hai.
 
Just again got a call for the same damm credit card. Before she could tell me about the card I told her I don't want the damm card put this information somewhere.

They are relentless.
 
Guys don't you have DND active on your number?
Also Google dialer is so smart these days that if you turn on their filter spam calls option it will block all calls. (I hate Truecaller because don't want that spammy app steal everything from my phone).

I used to get like 50 calls a day. But after turning on DND from Vi app + turning on filter spam calls option from Google dialer on all of my Motorola devices I no longer get any spam call.

I can always see in my dialer which number called me at what time with a small blocked symbol next to it.

Doesn't matter that be a landline company number or personal phone number which is used to call users multiple times.
