If NDTV GOOD TIMES available in Sun Direct, then why not on DishTV ?

Friends, if NDTV GOOD TIMES is available on Sun Direct DTH, then why not on DishTV ?
This means its not exclusive for Tata(Sky. It is also FTA channel. Then why DishTV is not adding it? :ashamed:

Well Dish Tv don't want to add any new channels for us.: (They can't add FTA channel too.
