"Blocking per se I believe is a field experiment and a failure because given the internet's architecture, so many distinct direct and indirect ways to reach out to these blocked websites, the blocking only helps generate more internet traffic."

The Boss has spoken. Blocking is ineffective.

Setting up an education institute with approvals is one thing, but providing quality education is totally another thing. So even though all these institutes with approvals were set up, the quality of their education and infrastructure was suspect and continues to remain suspect”.

When IIPM raises the point of UGC being a bribe acceptance machine, nobody should have any doubt in accepting that statement as well.
 
i have a friend who did her mba type thingy from iipm. she is still pretty defensive of the institute. she joined the institute knowing it does not have the relevant accreditation from the indian bodies.

i believe majority of students who join IIPM are from the same camp. they know the reality about iipm but join anyways when they do not get admission in a university of their choice.

getting a degree from one of the crappy colleges might be as bad as getting a degree from iipm. i imagine lots of companies in india would take in candidates with iipm certificates as well.

Bhai un(reporter) sabne 6-6 mahine ka DCA course kiya hoga foxpro takk... lekin khud ko computer engineer se kam nahi samajhte hain.... Hehehe@chromaniac...lol@mba type thingy :thumbup:
