I'll never use Sify again, ever

I spent 3000rs (non refundable) for installation charges and had sify for about 5-6 months... out of which I had spent at least 3-4 months being offline and still paying for it. I had to pay even more on phone calls, calling them frequently and they were the rudest people I've encountered.Once I was thoroughly annoyed with the lack of response and I asked the Sify engineer, "will you be coming today or is it going to be like yesterday?" to which he smugly replied "it's going to be like yesterday".Sify is the scum of the earth.

Hmm, even I spent 3k on installation but I can rely on a guy whenever I have a problem.I live in Aduogodi , had no other option..Initially I applied for BSNL connection and they said you might get after 1month.. so I went for sify..anyways seems like you moved to airtel broadband.. enjoy!
