Im getting scammed from BSNL.....

It has been about 1 month and a half since i had changed my bsnl broadband plan to ''1745 VDSL Super Speed Combo'' for ₹1745 per month. The plan promised the speed of 8mbps (i know its megabits) but it barely reaches 1 mbps. Ive been complaining about this to the BSNL customer service and everytime they say that they booked a complaint and will send a technician in 24-48 hours but apparently the technician never shows up. Ive complained about this for a dozen of time now but still no avail. I even went to nearest BSNL office near my house but got the same response. Now after all this i came here to if i could any help here , i will be very grateful to even a little help offered to me.

In simple terms... BSNL has multiple levels of support tiers where you can keep on escalating your issue. You can start by finding the nodal officer in charge of your area. Then you can try the Appellate Authority. BSNL appears to have even more options if you remain unsatisfied. In the end, you can also try PGPortal.

This is a standard Bsnl problem, nobody gives a shit about anything. Most of them do not even come to office before 11.
You have only 1 hope,,,,,,,,, escalate it as high as you can,
Go to the DE or GM's office, tell them the problem and follow up. If you're not prepared to do this, then find another ISP.
