I've upgraded to the latest version on Firday. Though it has added new menus for interactive, cinema and services after the upgrade, if I select Interactive it says 'No Interactive Services'. I'm on south smart 2199 plan. Is it available only for some specific plans?

Interactive services have not started yet in Bigtv , they have added only the option in the updated software....

They will actually add interactive services after adding another 1million subscriber (not now).They are like "pyaase ko sirt paani dikhate hain, pilaate nahi" - trying to grab more customers by saying "see, we will also offer interactive services in future and this is how they look like" I think BIG TV is purely for rural areas not for premius users!!!(Just like reliance mobile is for everyone - like, veg sellers, auto walas, paan walas and all and VODAFONE mostly used by executives)BIG TV is for those who hasnt actually seen TV as luxury. What we usually seek for is something par excellence and that is only offered by TS and Airtel for now.
