Incoming calls are working perfectly on Grandstream HT801 but when I'm dialing it says "The number you have dialed is invalid".

Incoming calls are working perfectly on Grandstream HT801 but when I'm dialing it says "The number you have dialed is invalid".

According to me, I think the default dial plan { x+ | \+x+ | *x+ | *xx*x+ } is not working with my airtel xstream FTTH. Please help with the correct dial plan for Grandstream HT801 working with Airtel Xstream FTTH.
