Incoming connections failing via public ipv6

Hi, I am on reliance jiofiber and wanted to access my plex media server from outside my lan using my public ipv6 address.

To confirm, using ipconfig /all on windows terminal i get the following output:

And i get the same ip as above (Preferred Temporary IPv6 Address) from google, so I think it means it is public and not behind a nat.

I have opened the firewall for the port plex is running on (32400) in jiofiber router (i also tested by opening all ports)

But I am unable to ping my host via ipv6 online or check if the port is open:

There might be some firewall issue I might be running into, but I am unable to connect to my device. Please help.

Disable NAT for ipv6 in jiofiber router and make connected devices accessible from internet.
