I think Aamir may be tricked to accept that award from Mohan Bhagwat. Aamir was invited by Lata Mangeshkar which he could not have ignored, then it may have announced that Aamir would receive award from Bhagwat.
I guess next Aamir movie is by Yash Raj which also stars Amitabh, so Aamir should not have burden on alone for publicity.
