Got this message for the first time. Update:Ref.no.48536007: The defaulting unregistered telemarketer has been sent a Show cause/Warning letter by the concerned Service Provider.

You changed permission requirements coz this one is a manual update.

An update is out today. Deepak created a Facebook Page for the app. He should have instead created a Google+ Community and offered beta version through it.
