I took my dog to the nearby Versova Beach on a Sunday morning, and I see a giant excavator and and white people working in green vest

That made me feel curious about the whole situation, then I saw a cable going into the sea and that reminded me of the Versova landing point, which was earlier in news two years ago

I ask one of those foreigner people that is this a sub se cable, and they said yes , to confirm, I even ask someone superior to them, and he was Indian he confirmed “ha beta sub sea cable hai”
Me: kaha pe jaa raha hai? Arab?
He said : Europe.
Me:damn i have never seen a subsea cable before
