The list of documents is here. There is a document for every type of device and technology. Only one refers to 5G phones, which I linked above. Anytime they add or make changes, it is updated. It says v2.0 in the document above. People who researched the article and found the changed document understand such things much better than you or me. Additionally, a PIB Fact Check or any other government-issued fact check is 99.9% inaccurate. They didn't even point to their own document and clarify what they meant by the source code statement. The government has just stated that Reuters is incorrect. We are right. And that's that.
