In another recent development, Indian telecom ministry has directed all smartphone makers to pre load Sanchar Sathi application into all new devices which cannot be disabled or stopped as reported.

I will legit root my phone and will advise all to do so otherwise the day is near when all your photos including family photos will be on corn sites and say why, because a govt allowed app opened up the path for attackers as well. We also don't know if the app has any open loopholes or not.

What really boggles my mind is that there is no Press Information on this directive and how come then our Telecom minister indirectly acknowledging and saying "don't make a mess.. for installing this app" like he knew all knew its just that thanks to the leak that we mundane citizens caught the news beforehand
