^ How can the plane take off without a pilot! Most major operators have trained pilots. It is another thing that our airports aren't that well equipped.
IndiGo and SpiceJet are actually pretty good. I would say my experience with them was very close to what I have had with Jet Airways, except for the food part. The food available on the low cost ones was horrible.
