Hi alli am using airtel BroadBand UL and using 220BX1 ADSL2 + modem , every time when i restart my ADSL modem , i get different ip it will change last six numbers like this 122.164.***.*** , is there any way to change first six numbers that 122 and 164. Thanks in Advance... :thumbsup:

If you see in your modem (device status) The default gateway to Airtel is usually always constant.
and you are part of that network.
Ifyou want to hide your dynamicIP there are web sites, which will mask it.
Search in google " what is IP" select wikipedia site.
our IP is the address for the web. Being Dynamic it is allotted by BSNL .
You CANNOT CHANGE IT. If you want to change it and use BB connection at either place not possible. It is "port binded " to the telephone number. ( 99.9999999%)
someone will say it is possible !
