Info on Total Installation charges for Reliance Thunder 699

I was planning to get Reliance Thunder 699 and was replacing the BSNL broadband, so i wanted to know that what are the installation charges, security deposit and other stuff.
Basically all i want to know is that how much money should i really have in my hand to get a reliance connection?I already have a telephone and wireless modem, will it help me save some money?
These are some things i want information about if anyone could share it that would be really helpful as the Reliance site is not so clear in mentioning these, please do share if you know the answer.

Also if anyone could share the phone of some Reliance service center in Jabalpur, then it would also help a bit.

First off, you need to enquire about the feasibility of a Reliance connection in your area.
If you get the green light, your total charges for setting up the connection would be 500(installation charges, which includes a modem) + 699(monthly advance of your plan) bringing the total to INR 1199/-.

for me, they collected rs 599(installation charges) + 1 month advance rental.

i dont care even if it gives 1mbps speed, that would still be better than the current BSNL 750 plan of just 512 kbps that too with rs 51 higher than this plan, so anything will do
And yeah, the site mentioned some security deposit, is there any?
