HP and Canon Sales Teams. They just gave unhelpful copy-paste template messages to contact other teams or area distributor. I contacted them too but no replies. Instead of such emails, one would think if they just give the model name / number, then that would be most helpful for their sales. But no!
@akshay71 The colour prints I may take for A4 pages. But you are right, for legal prints on green paper, I will use black only.
The thought here is that since I am spending so much to get a duplex auto-scan for legal paper size and duplex auto-print + copy for legal paper size and since the colour tanks have made colour prints cheaper too, why not research and buy a ink tank colour all in one
printer, so that I don't need another separate printer again just for colour prints. But I have heard similar reports about problematic colour tank printing heads and frequent maintenance issues.
Based on all the replies here & online research, I have decided to settle on black ink laser and HP 4014DW
HP LaserJet Pro MFP 4104dw Printer seems to meet all my requirements.
