installing mobile partner to 1831

Hi all,I hv just bought Huawei 1831. It comes with T- mobile webconnect manager.i am facing a lot of problems with this like freezing system, poor signal strength, no option for 3G only.so i want to install mobile partner in it.i hv already downloaded mobile partner software.i m using windows 7, 64 bit OS.please give step by step installation guide for this.thanx u all in advance.

just start the installer.after the installation finishes, create a new provide in mobile partner use number as *99#username/password blank and APN as bsnl net.save this and try to connect. should work since i am doing the same thing with my umg1831.looking for a way to remove the webconnect and embed mobile partner on the device incase i want to use on another computer.
