Internet connection in BTM Layout Bangalore

We need a high speed internet connection in BTM Layout -1st stage 9th main, 4th cross, 100 Feet ring road. Bangalore - 560029 at our home.
Unfortunately repeated requests to ACT team have fallen on deaf ears, please can you confirm if ACT broad band doesnt support in reputed area like BTM Layout !!!
