Internet connectivity problem!!!!!!!

hi friends


I am using BSNL BROADBAND.
My plan is 750 plan(unlimited)(250 kb/s)
modem:bsnl modem
model:WA3002G4

Actually my problem is my internet connection is disconnecting sometimes without any reason and again it conneced automatically by redialing.

Even i tried using internet continuously after formated my system(c://drive) it works good but still disconnecting after a long period of time.

I tried windows7 too but it works extremely ie after 1 or 2 days,disconnected after a period of time it never get connected.

so finallly i will format my system.
today morning only i changed from windows7 to xp.Disconnecsting occured nearly twice today.

ok the first thing u should know was that the ip address that u get was on DHCP which expires every 24 hours ... and u should reconnect to server for new ip other than this .. the frequent drop of the dsl line and the modem restarts due to heat ...and pppoe time out is another thing u will notice in BSNL this is very common in BSNL nothing to worry and this also will depend on the line quality ... and noice in the line

and keep GDMT \GLIte t413 bitswap enabled.
In Management disable client Tr_069 and "SOAP"
( if available )

How many times you intend to format your Harddisk ?

showing mod selected SNR Attn line speed etc.

Also try opendns 208.67.220.220 and 208.67.222.222
( Enter in TCP/IP properties page )
