This is the screenshot of my router home page , please tell steps how to proceed further

I have a D-Link DSL 502T, hope it helps. Click on the tab 'Status' then click on 'ADSL' on the LHS you should hopefully see it

Called 1504=>3 online help she said to change Ip address to something else other than already putted.
New DNS to (old was 59.185.0.50/23)
59.185.3.11
59.185.3.12

in my router(SAM 300AX) settings she checked to match all the settings, some settings were different:
Interface setups> Dynamic Route:RIP2-B & Direction Both.
every thing else same.

lemme chk whether it's disconnecting Now.
----------------------------------------------
A little chit chat abt everyone needs to change settings then it would be miserable scenario as every one would be calling mtnl helpline & it would be busy. But she said it was because every one is taking unlimited plan speed is varying/fluctuating/decreasing & due to increase in their customers.

--------------
But no help after 10 mins again disconnection.
they might be testing some thing.

Try with RIP 1- Direction None- Multicast Disabled !!!I have that setup no disconnectionsMine is SAM300AXRegards

@ Onkar, Nemesis87 Your SNR is too low and attenuation is too high. No wonder you are facing issues. Get your line checked by the line man. Ask him to give a clean line without joints or non insulated parts.@ Onkar Tried GDMT instead of ADSL2 ? Give it a try.

Browse through your modem pages. There will be a check box for GDMT, ADSL2 etc. Uncheck ADSL2 and select GDMT.
