Internet not working after router reset

my internet connection in not working after i reset the router,what can be the issue although there is a stable light on the router

Can you check if PPPoE is connected and ip is assigned on router?

On the admin page I can see something as newuser@airtelbroadband.in

your router needs to reconfigured by Airtel, call their customer care or if you can configure PPPoE yourself you can also do it

i dont think anything can be modified from the users end as i tried to modify but there was no option to save,the router is AOT-5221ZY.I had called customer care and they have raised an SR and the technician visited,called his backend team for half an hour but even they couldn’t do anything and then he left without actually resolving it since it was late evening and now will be visiting tomorrow

Do other routers that airtel provides allows us to modify settings and What are the options to replace the router

I only have Nokia router config decrypter and encrypted rest does not work

What exactly do u mean by config Decrypter,does that mean u can alter settings in your router
