Airtel in my area are providing a maximum of 24mbps through vfiber and I want an unlimited connection so the airtel representative said that they can provide me an unlimited connection but the price will be 1999 and the speed will be 24 mbps.
The question is should I get it?
I have run out of options cause excitel is borderline unusable and act doesn't provide much data and hathway is not there where i live neither is Tata Sky broadband , so i am stuck with airtel vfiber.
Now i can pay that amount because 24mbps is enough for everything that i do .
I think 4k streaming on netflix might buffer a bit but everything else would be fine.
The main requirement is reliability so if anyone can comment on airtel vfibers reliability please do , as excitel's reliability and support is probably the worst i have come across.
4k stream usually runs 12-14 megs/sec just for the video (non HDR). For the full 4k experiancewith HDR the recommended speed is 25mbps. From what I have experienced it usually uses less than 25 Mbps. Say around 20 ish or lower. If you have someone watching YouTube or other bandwidth heavy apps then it may stutter.
