internet not working since 5 days,need some info

My airtel internet and landline aren't working since d past 5 days.Repeated calls to cc has not fixed d problem.Apparently some copper wire has been cut and they keep saying it will be fixed soon.I lodged my complain on 27th. I would appreciate it if anyone could give me some info regarding email or phone number of some competent authority(not cc) whom i can contact to remedy this issue.

Airtel always fixes any issues as soon as possible. As you said that wire might have been cut, it should have taken max 2 days since airtel outsources people for cable maintenance.
Above numbers should help. Always take case id and if possible keep contacting them after every hour or two.
You must use your landline number in the subject and quote any previous case id.

Finally some tech guy showed up today and fixed the issue.It seems someone living in the apartment opposite mine had cut the wire.
It took Airtel nearly 6 days (and repeated calls) to fix this.
