my smallest mistake turns out to be the biggest mistake ,and i have read 4-5 tutorials, not a single one gave importance to wan mac address, but their system blacklisted me too fast

i accept my mistake ,i will keep in mind

also technician replaced my router and took my ont for testing but the replaced router performing super bad

so ,in my case ,router is not the problem ,because replaced router also performing bad what should i do now ??

The blacklisting is "too fast" because it is automated, no human is doing this manually. The servers on their end are fine, it's the ONT/router we are provided are mediocre. So, the router is the problem.

There is a little bit of information missing. How are you connected to the ONT/router? This router has 2.4 GHz Wifi only and two ethernet ports (100 Mbps and 1 Gbps), check the link speed of both. You may have exhausted your monthly limit or your speed may have been limited.

The solution is simple and we have been saying it for a while, bridge and connect a separate router. How to achieve that is up to you.

im using wifi ,its 2.4 ghz , my monthly plan allows 3.3 tb data ,and still have more than 3 tb data

in night , downloading speed goes up ,but in day too slow

something is wrong from their side

my Syrotech was capable to delivering more than base plan on wifi ( 40+ on 40 mbps plan for 2 years ,and 50-60 mbps on 60 mbps plan ) for more than 2.5 years ,suddenly giving under 10 mbps

tried also with lan ,with both port , ping and speed improves a little bit

checked with 2 laptop ,3 android ,1 iPhone ,same result

technician replaced the router ,still same problem
so most probably router is not the problem

i can invest in good router ,but i do fear ,what if problem remains same

i will anything this month before switching

i will ask my technician to setup bridge mode and use my D-Link ( but i do fear ,if lco doest know what is bridge mode ,then how technician will know ,may be he was telling me how to setup as repeater )

if nothing works , i will try configure bridge mode again before switching

anything else ??

We are just going back and forth. First test with what you have, then you can proceed further after the results.

I use openwrt for router, so interface is very different. You just have to configure PPPoE in router and that's simple enough.

@sloj yes you are correct I think the TR069 profile is fetching the Internet or pppoe connection the legacy internet profile that is vid 262 is useless . I don’t have tr069 config in my Ont. The config on the D-Link router is ok @starter before changing your legacy internet profile to bridge mode can you keep it in route and see if it’s fetching ip because there are two pppoe profile for internet I don’t have TR069 profile please check that profile and see if it can be changed to bridged mode or please refer to this thread BSNL now giving out TR069 configured modems with ACS server. for more information regarding TR069. All the configuration are ok see the wan Mac in the config page when the pppoe profile is on route mode and copy that only you can also visit bsnl self care website and see under broadband usage to which Mac your Ont is binded. Refer to this BSNL FTTH Syrotech bridge mode - working configuration for bridge mode config

1. disable pppoe means deleting connection name ??
2. yes i will copy wan address before connecting to ont ( D-Link router is not connected to ont , i dont wanna risk this time, after assuring everything ,then i will connect it )
3. after bridge mode ,bridge connection should get ip ??
4.old profile still works ,but next day it will automatically converted to tr069
