Ipv6 not detected when using DHCP or SLAAC

Hello guys, i need help on getting my network ipv6.

my onu is zte f670l. i use TP-Link AX1500 wi-fi6.

my pc is connected to TP link and have pi-hole connected to zte via lan .

when i test ipv6 on Ipv6 test i get 0/10.

my zte shows ip v6 available and in my tp-link if i set the ipv6 to pass-through bridge ipv6 test shows success and v6 is detected in whatismyip. but i am unable to use pi-hole to block/filter stuff. any way to use my pi-hole here?


next question is if i set to DHCP6 or SLAAC then test website says i have ipv6 dns but says i dont have v6.

i want to route all my DNS traffic of ipv6 from my pihole connected directly to onu. any help? any other information required?

I suggest unlocking F670L using the following method:

And then using the TP-Link as the main router.

is it safe to use? will the ISP know that i have unlocked their device?

another option would be to turn off dhcp server on TP-Link and use pihole's dhcp server

will it make the dns request go through pi-hole rather than isp directly? so i can filter dns?

They don't really care and use this trick to lock it back:

F670Lv9.0 Telnet Access

If you again want to lockdown the router you can just run this command - upgradetest sdefconf 35. 35 is the regioncode for India. Once we set to 35 automatically tr069 will send us the profile and the router will be locked but you can get the sip profile and PPPoE profile this way.

@ponnitheunreal Can you share a diagram of how you have connected the different devices? Very specifically the ports. Also, have Airtel set your ZTE to bridge mode and then control the network using your TP-Link. Also, you cannot have multiple DHCP servers on the same network.
